LOS GATOS – In a situation that highlights developing tensions brought on by California’s drought, the owners and two resident-employees of Lupin Lodge nudist camp are charged with felony conspiracy for presumably stealing liquids a year ago from a neighboring house to keep their parched resort available.
The issue registered of the Santa Clara County District attorneys’s company on Thursday alleges that Glyn Stout, 77, their wife Lori Kay Stout, 53, Michael Buckland, 38 and John Berryessa, 49, piped h2o from Hendry’s Creek into drought-affected, clothing-optional company despite various warnings to end.
